By enrolling in the Paid In Full Business Coaching (“Program”), you (“Client”) agree to the following:

1. PROGRAM & TERM. The Program includes 2 business coaching sessions per month for 6 consecutive months. The six-month commitment begins on the date of enrollment.

2. PAYMENT. Client agrees to pay $295 per month for 6 months, for a total commitment of $1,770. Payments will be automatically charged to the payment method provided at enrollment. Enrollment constitutes Client’s commitment to the entire six-month Program. Failure to attend sessions does not eliminate Client’s payment obligation.

3. SCHEDULING. Client is responsible for timely scheduling and attending coaching sessions. Sessions must be used during the applicable month and do not roll over unless otherwise approved. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

4. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS. Coaching is collaborative and results depend on numerous factors, including Client’s decisions, participation, effort, implementation, market conditions, and circumstances outside Paid In Full’s control. No particular financial, business, legal, marketing, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.

5. NO LEGAL, TAX, OR FINANCIAL REPRESENTATION. Although coaching may draw upon Dayna Thomas’s experience as a business attorney, participation in the Program does not create an attorney-client relationship with Dayna Thomas, The Law Office of Dayna Thomas, LLC, or any affiliated entity. Coaching does not constitute individualized legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Client should retain the appropriate professional when such advice is needed.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY. Client remains solely responsible for all business decisions and actions. Recommendations are provided for educational and coaching purposes, and Client is responsible for evaluating whether any strategy, service, or course of action is appropriate for Client’s business.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Program materials, frameworks, resources, worksheets, recordings, and other content provided by Paid In Full remain its intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, published, or used to create competing materials without written permission.

8. CANCELLATION. Because the Program is offered as a six-month coaching commitment, Client may not cancel solely because Client no longer wishes to participate. Except as required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by Paid In Full, amounts paid are non-refundable and remaining payments remain due.

9. TERMINATION. Paid In Full may terminate participation for abusive, disruptive, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate conduct. Any financial obligations following such termination will be determined consistent with these Terms and applicable law.
